Completing your PLP Profile

Step-by-step instructions to filling out your student support partner profile. Everything is editable until you submit it for review. To make edits after submitting for review, the LDOE admin must first approve or ask for revisions. Once they do, you are able to go back in and make edits or add additional information.


Step 1: Click the guide you want to complete

  • Some organization's will have more than one guide to complete. 

Step 2: PLP Partner Reviews information added by the LDOE.



Step 3: Add Information specific to each service you will offer in the guide

  • For ‘multi-service’ guides like Content Leader/Mentor Teacher, this is done multiple times if approved for multiple services.



Step 4: Complete your service information



Step 5: Download One-Pager(s)

  • The final step asks PLPs to download standard one pagers.
  • These are .docx files that will need to be completed, saved as PDFs, and uploaded.
    • One-Pagers can:
      • Describe multiple services.
      • Define cost.
      • Mention previous clients.
      • Describe how pricing works.
    • New rows/services can be added as needed.



Step 6: Partner Completes information from their Profile Page

  • There is one Guide bar for each guide approved for.

  • They can be expanded to view more details.



Upload Your One Pager:

  • Upload your one-pager in the space provided.
  • You must upload the one-pager template.
  • You may upload other one-pagers or materials using the multimedia blocks.
