Add a certificate to any course. Learners who complete the course will be able to access and download the earned certificate from their 'My Account' page. 


To add a certificate to a course use the settings wheel within the course to select 'Add Certificate'

Add a certificate to a course by selecting the settings wheel next to the course title. 

Select 'Add Certificate'



A certificate can be customized for each course by changing the following aspects.

  • Minimum score requirement 
  • Organization name
  • Logo image
  • Number of training hours 
  • Signature & text 
  • Additional text


Certificates are custom PDFs that are generated at the point of completion of a course. Certificates must be added to the course prior to learners completing the course. Certificates cannot be retroactively awarded.
