Following the formal review process, all RFA applications will be updated in LDOE's Canopy to reflect the application decision.
Application Decisions
Applicants will receive an email notification when the application decision has been updated. Login to LDOE's Canopy to view the application decision. The decision will be one of the following options.
- Approved
- When an application is approved, vendors will now have view only access to their application.
- View the submitted application and any application feedback. Vendors are not able to edit an approved application.
- Vendors can view feedback provided by the reviewers but will not be able to see the specific evidence or scores.
- As an approved vendor you can add your Profile (P) to the LDOE's Professional Learning Partner Guide. Watch for your emailed invitation to complete your profile.
- When an application is approved, vendors will now have view only access to their application.
- Submitted to BESE
- Applications that are submitted to BESE will be updated to reflect the change in status. Submission to BESE means the application will be reviewed by BESE and then the final decision will be made.
- Applicants can view the submitted application and any application feedback. Applicants are not able to edit the application.
- Applicants will not be able to view evidence or scores.
- The status of the application will now show 'submitted to BESE'. The RFA Guide Owner will update the status again once BESE has made the final decision.
- Resubmit
- Applicants who are asked to resubmit their application, will receive an email notification indicating there has been a change in the application status.
- Within LDOE's Canopy the status will be updated to reflect the resubmission request by showing a status of 'Resubmit'.
- Applicants can view the provided application feedback and edit the application as needed. Once all revisions have been completed, resubmit the application to begin the review process again.
- Reviewers will have access to previous review notes along with the updates to the application.
- Applicants will receive an alert when the application has been reviewed and an application decision has been made after the resubmission.
- Declined
- Applications that are declined will receive an email notification stating the change in status.
- The application status will show the application as 'Declined'.
- Applicants can view provided application feedback but cannot edit the declined application.
