If an application is submitted to BESE, the Guide Owner will need to update the application status once BESE has made a decision. 

Submitting to BESE 

When an application is submitted to BESE, you will need to update the status twice. The first will alert the applicant that their application was submitted to BESE. The second update will indicate BESE's decision. 

Once BESE has made a decision you will need to update the application to reflect BESE decisions and select 'Submit'. 

After choosing 'Submit' the applicant will receive an email notification to review their application decision.
