Creating My.LA Credentials

In order to set up your Professional Learning Partner profile, you will first need to create your My.LA login credentials. At the bottom of the page are some quick tips for creating your credentials.

1. Create My.La Account

Fill out the appropriate information at https://my.la.gov/en-us/ to create your My.LA credentials. You'll use them to access the guide platform.

2. Verify your Credentials

You will receive a verification email, and this must be done before logging into the platform. 

3. Log in to the Platform

Use your My.LA credentials to log into our new vendor guide platform and complete your profile, https://ldoe.canopyed.com/partner.

A few quick tips for creating your My.LA credentials:

• User ID - Create a unique ID or just use your email.
• PIN - Your PIN is required, but you will most likely not need to use it. The PIN is only used if there is an issue with your account and there is a need to verify your identity. 

• Email - Make sure the email you use is the same one that you will use to access your account. Only accounts with approved emails will be able to access their profile pages.
