User Guide: [Student Support Partner Guide] 

Introduction: The Louisianas Department Of Education’s Student Support Partner Guide helps school systems identify and connect with approved partners.

1. Guide Overview

• When you enter the guide, every partner type is viewable. The tabs let you know what services the vendors are approved for. If you know what you’re looking for, you can type the partner or keyword in this search bar to quickly find what you need.

2. Filters

• You can also use the filters. This is a powerful way to narrow your results. 
• We can filter by Support type, Audience, Area Serviced and Delivery Method

3. Favoriting

• As you are viewing partners and see services that fit your needs, you can click the star to mark them as a favorite. If you are logged in, these will be saved to your profile so you can return to them later. If not, they will save for as long as your browser tab remains open.

4. Individual Partner Profiles

• When you click on a partner card, you’re taken to their individual profile. Here you can view their general description, contact information, and all of their guide specific information. If you expand these bars, you can view their card, one pager, and additional services. 
• The format is standardized for easy comparison, yet still allows for customization to spotlight their unique services. 
• You can see this partner has added text, images, and a video to their profile. Some partners may have added a Request a demo link as well.
