Super Admin: Managing Reviewers

Super admin can view, add, assign, and remove reviewers from the System Configurations menu. 


Managing Reviewers

Manage the master list of reviewers by selecting the 'Reviewers' page in System Configurations. 


Access System Configurations 

  • To add, edit, or delete a reviewer, access the System Configurations page. Super Admin are the only users who have access to System Configurations. 
    • Log in using 'I'm here to Lead'. 
    • Select 'Partners' or 'P' from the left navigation menu. 
    • Select 'System Configs' or 'S' from the new navigation menu options.


Add a Reviewer

Use the 'Reviewers' page to add or edit RFA reviewers.


  • Select 'Add a reviewer' at the bottom of the page. 
    • Add reviewers using their email address. The email address needs to be the same email address that is linked to their EdLink account.  
  • Reviewers must have Super RFA Reviewer permissions through EdLink. 
    • When adding a reviewer who does not have the proper permissions, the following error message will appear. "This email is not linked with a Canopy reviewer account. The user needs an account with EdLink Super RFA permissions."
  • Refer to 'How to become a Reviewer' to learn how to request the proper permissions in EdLink Security.


Edit a Reviewer


  • Select the edit icon found next to the reviewer's name. 
    • Edit a reviewers email, select 'Save' to update. 
    • To remove a reviewer select 'Delete' and confirm their removal.
