Super Admin: URFA System Configurations

Super Admin manage the Super RFA by managing the system configurations options including guides, indicators, reviewers, and badges. 


System Configurations 

Select 'S' to access the System Configurations from the navigation menu. 


Guides

Use the 'Guides' page to input new guides or edit current guides.

  • Add a guide
    • Use the 'Add a guide' button at the bottom of the page to create a new guide. 
  • Edit a guide
    • Use the edit icon next to the guide name to edit the name or guide owner.
  • Refer to 'Super Admin: Managing Guides' to learn more.

 

Indicators

Use the 'Indicators' page to create new indicators and edit existing indicators. 

  • Add new indicators
    • Select 'Add an indicator' below the indicator list. 
  • Edit existing indicators 
    • Select the edit icon next to the indicator to make changes to current indicators. 
    • Delete an indicator through the edit icon. 
  • Tip:Add a naming convention for guide specific indicators to assist with indicator organization and searchability. For example: Indicators for Instructional Materials may use IM1, IM2. 
    • All indicators will be listed alphabetical and searchable using the search bar. 
  • Refer to 'Super Admin: Indicators' to learn more. 


Reviewers

Use the 'Reviewers' page to add or edit RFA reviewers. 

  • Add reviewers
    • Select 'Add a reviewer' at the bottom of the page. 
    • Reviewers must have Super RFA Reviewer permissions through EdLink. When adding a reviewer without the proper permissions will result in an error message stating, 'This email is not linked with a Canopy reviewer account. The user needs an account with EdLink Super RFA permissions.'
  • Edit or remove a reviewer
    • Select the edit icon found next to the reviewer's name. 
  • Refer to 'Super Admin: Managing Reviewers' to learn more. 
  • Share 'How to become a Reviewer' to those who need to request reviewer permissions. 


Badges 

Use the 'Badges' page to add or edit badges. 

  • Add a badge using the button at the bottom of the page.
  • Use the edit icon next to the badge name to edit or delete a badge from the URFA. 
  • Refer to 'Super Admin: Managing Badges' to learn more.
