Completing your Instructional Materials PLP Profile

Once you have created your PLP vendor profile, you are ready to create your instructional materials PLP profile. In your profile, provide information about the specific services you offer that will be viewed by schools and school systems that may be interested in your services. 



Completing your Instructional Materials Profile Guide

These steps are specific to partners who have been approved for an Instructional Materials PLP profile, if you are looking for assistance to complete any other profile, visit Completing your PLP Profile


Now that you have created your initial PLP Profile you are ready to share information about the specific services you offer for instructional materials. 


Step 1: Select the Instructional Materials guide. 


  • After selecting the guide, review the information added by the LDOE, if edits are necessary email the LDOE contact listed. Select ‘Next’. 



Step 2: Provide information about the service you will offer in this guide. 

  • Enter the Service Name & Description, then select 'Next'.  


Step 3: Provide your service information by selecting the grade bands and delivery methods for each content area listed. Select all that apply and choose 'Next'. 


Step 4: Complete a one-pager to add to your profile. Download the one-pager template and select 'Next'.

  • Take time to complete your one-pager as you will upload your completed one-pager in the next step. 

Step 5: Review your profile page. 

  • Expand the ‘One Pager’ tab to upload your completed one pager.

  • Use the edit icons to make any necessary changes before submitting for review. 



Step 6: Submit. 

  • Select 'Submit' after you have completed your profile review. 

  • Once you have submitted your profile for review, you will not be able to make any changes to your profile. Your profile will be published once it has been approved by the LDOE. 

  • If the LDOE requests changes to be made to your profile, you will see a red box indicating the areas that need to be review and updated.
