Manage PLP Profile Error

If you are logged in to LDOE’s Professional Learning Partner Guide (PLPG) as a Partner, you can manage your profile by selecting the “P” or “PLP Profile” option in the left-hand navigation menu.

If you received an email invitation to create your PLP Profile but are seeing the message:

“If you become an approved partner, you will be invited to complete a profile.”

this means the email address you used to create your My.La credentials and log in to the PLPG does not match the email address that was used to invite your organization.

How to Resolve This

To update the email address associated with your organization’s profile, please contact the LDOE Guide Owner (see email addresses below).

• Tip: We recommend using a shared or team email address for your organization’s profile. This makes it easier for multiple team members to access and manage your information.
