Super Admin: Managing Indicators

Super admin can add, edit, or delete indicators within the Super RFA from Systems Configurations. 


Managing Indicators 


Access System Configurations 

  • To add, edit, or delete indicators, access the System Configurations page. Super Admin are the only users who have access to System Configurations. 
    • Log in using 'I'm here to Lead'. 
    • Select 'Partners' or 'P' from the left navigation menu. 
    • Select 'System Configs' or 'S' from the new navigation menu options.

 

Add a new indicator

Choose 'Indicators' from the System Configurations menu. 


  • The indicators page will list all indicators in alphabetical order. 
  • Select 'Add an indicator' below the indicator list.
    • Tip: Add a naming convention for guide specific indicators to assist with indicator organization and searchability. For example: Indicators for Instructional Materials may use IM1, IM2. Indicators that apply to all guides may use AG1, AG2.
  • Use the text box to type the indicator and select 'Save'.


Edit existing indicator

Super Admin can edit an existing indicator, using the edit icon found next to the indicator. 


  • Select the edit icon next to the indicator to edit the text and select 'Save' to update the indicator. 
  • To delete an indicator, select 'Delete Indicator' to remove the indicator from the options listed.
