Courses can be shared to an existing collection. If the collection has not been created, refer to 'Creating a Collection'. 

Sharing to a Collection 

Create a course you wish to share to an existing collection. Use the following steps to connect the completed course, unit, or lesson to the collection.

Step 1: 

• To share a course, select the settings wheel next to the title in the top navigation bar. Choose 'Share'. 
• To share a unit or lesson from a course, select the three dots at the right end of title bar and choose 'Share'. 

• Select the 'Collection' box and the collection you want to add the course to, and choose 'Next'. 
  • Refer to 'Collection Types' to learn about the types of collections. 

Step 2: 

• Add a title and description for the course.

Step 3: 

• Add or edit the audience and content tags associated with the course. 
• Select different tags using the colored tabs at the top. The tags are color coded to show the grouping they belong to. You will see all selected tags at the bottom. 
• To remove a tag select red 'x' in the corner of the tag. 

Step 4: 

• Select 'Finish' to add the course to the collection.
