Use the course dashboard to create reports on courses based on a variety of categories and filters. View the course dashboard by choosing 'Courses' from the left navigation menu. 

Course Dashboard

View a summary of data along the top of the dashboard. The dashboard shows the total number of courses, average score, quality and relevance scores of courses, total time active, and total courses completed.

Creating Course Data Reports 

• Use audience and content filters to view relevant data and download as a csv file. 
• Combine categories and filters to create a report based on your needs. 
  • Visible filters are based on your role. 
    • For example, as a principal, you will only have access to view your school so the organization and school system filters will already be populated for you. 
• Organize the table using the table headings based on the category you have selected. 

• Select a course title to view more information for that course. Use the categories and filters to filter and view data for the selected course.
