Access the admin dashboard to view and analyze data relevant to your system, school, and role.

Main Dashboard 

Use the main dashboard to get an overview of the platform usage for your system or school.  As an admin, you will only be able to view data relevant to your role based on your Staff ID.

• Use the search bar at the top to search by name, course title, or course code.  
  • Once you have input at least 4 characters, the search bar will begin searching for names, course titles, or course codes that match the characters. 

Learner Overview 

• See an overview of active learners, total logins, active courses, average session duration, and total number of learners. 
• Filter the data further, using the learner filters on the right.  
• The graph will display the total active learners. Use the drop down menu to view the data for today, last 72 hours, last 7 days, last 30 days, or last 90 days. 

Course Overview 

• View an overview of courses from the course table. 
• Search by course title or course code using the search on the top right of the table.
• Sort the course table by title, instructor, number of learners, number of lessons, average score, average time active, number of learners who have completed, are in progress or not started a course, as well as the quality or relevance scores of a course. 
• Select a course title to view more information for that particular course.
