TABLE OF CONTENTS
As an admin with access to manage accounts, use the 'Manage Accounts' tab in the left hand navigation menu. From the manage accounts tab, view an overview of accounts, manage administrators, and manage audience and content tags.
Manage Accounts Dashboard
View a summary of the account data at the top of the dashboard. The summary includes the number of administrator accounts, instructor accounts, learner accounts, and Professional Learning Partner Accounts.
Manage administrators by choosing 'Add Administrator' or 'Remove Administrator'.
Manage Categories and Filters
View and download the Categories and Filters, Audience, or Content tabs as a csv file, using the 'csv' icon on the right side of the table for each tab.
- Edit and manage audience and content tags using the 'Audience' and 'Content' tabs.
- Edit an existing tag title by selecting the edit icon next to the tag.
- Disable a tag option by selecting the garbage can icon and selecting 'OK' to confirm.
- Add a tag by selecting the edit icon in the tag title row.
- Select which heading the title belongs in and select the plus icon to add a tag
- Remove a tag by selecting the 'x' in the corner of the tag. Select 'Save' to confirm the changes.
