Manage Learners

TABLE OF CONTENTS


Instructors have the ability to manage learners enrolled in courses they create or have been added as a collaborator on. Use the 'Manage Learners' tab to see an overview of all learners. 


Manage Learners 

To access the learners enrolled in a course, select the course title using the course list in left navigation menu. Once the course title has been selected and listed on the navigation menu, select 'Manage Learners'. 



From the Manage Learners page you will be able to: 

  • View and sort learners by name, email, percentage of work complete, points earned, total time active, or most recent login. 
  • Instructors can also view learners by subgroups using the drop down menu. Refer to 'Subgroups' to learn how to create a subgroup.  


  • '+ Learners' to a course or 'Sync with Google Classroom' using the options on the top right of the page.
    • Add learners by email or csv file. 


  • Download the Manage Learners table as a report using the download icon at the top of the page.




  • View 'Gradebook' to see an overview of points earned by all learners by course. Use the drop down menu to view a different course. 


  • Select a learner to view their answers, leave feedback, reset a quiz, or mark complete on behalf of a for the learner.
    • Note: If you are a collaborator on the course your access will depend on your permission level determined by the primary author* on the course. 

                        *Primary author is the user who created the course initially.
