Updating PLP Contacts
For an organization to access and manage their PLP Profile, users must log in to LDOE’s Professional Learning Partner Guide (PLPG) using an email address that is listed as a contact in the admin dashboard.
How to Update PLP Contacts
- Log in to LDOE’s Canopy as an admin (“I’m here to Lead”)
- Select “Partners (P)” from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select “PLPG Dashboard (P)”
- Navigate to the “Status” tab
- Search for the organization’s name
- Click the three-dot menu on the far right of the organization’s row
- Choose one of the following actions:
- Update PLP Contacts
- Update LDOE Contacts
- Resend Invitation Email
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If a vendor accesses the PLP Profile page and sees the message:
“If you become an approved partner, you will be invited to complete a profile.”
this indicates they are logged in with an email address that does not match a contact listed for their organization in the admin dashboard.
How to Resolve This
As a PLPG admin, update the organization’s contact information to include the correct email address used by the user. Once updated, they will be able to access and manage their PLP Profile.
Resending PLPG Invitation
After updating contact information, we recommend resending the invitation email. This ensures the new contact receives the instructions needed to complete their PLP Profile setup.
Steps to Resend the Invitation
- Access the PLPG Dashboard as an admin
- Go to the “Status” tab
- Search for the organization’s name
- Click the three-dot menu on the far right of the organization’s row
- Select “Resend Invitation Email”
