• Embed Questions in a Video

After uploading a video into a content block, you can embed multiple choice, multiple select, and short answer questions within the video. The video will pause for learners to view and answer the question. You can add as many questions as you would like to a video. 

Embed Questions in a Video

Upload the video using the video content block. Then follow the steps below to embed questions at any point of the video. 

• Select '+ Questions' found along the top of the video content block. 

• Select the time(s) in the video where you would like to add a question. Use the black circle below the video to move to a specific frame or time where you would like the question to appear. 

• Select 'Add question at (time)' to create the question. 

• Use the question box options to create your question. When creating the question, edit the time when the question appears (if needed), determine the number of points the question is worth, and the question type. Once you have finalized your question select 'Save.'

• Repeat these steps for any additional questions you wish to embed in the video.
