Monitor the number of learners and overall progress of schools within your system using the 'School' category in the admin dashboard.
Learners by School Report
As a district leader with admin permissions in Canopy, view the overall progress for each school in your school system for any course.
- When logging into Canopy, select 'I am here to Lead'. Use your my.la credentials to access the admin dashboards.
- Use the search bar at the top to search for a course by the Course Code or course title.
- Select the Course: The course overview will appear at the top of the page.
- View the Categories and Filters options beneath the course overview.
- By default 'All' Categories will be selected and the learners in the course will appear in the table below.
- Select 'School' in Categories to change the information in the table and view the overall progress of a school within your system.
- This report will show the number of learners in each school, their progress, average time active, average score, the quality, and relevance scores by school.
- Download the report as a csv file.
