Monitor the progress of learners in a course and view course analytics using the admin dashboard. Use this article to learn more about creating common district level reports.
Learner Progress for a Course
As a district leader with admin permissions in Canopy, view up to date progress for learners in your school system for any course.
- When logging into Canopy, select 'I am here to Lead' and use your my.la credentials to access the admin dashboards.
- Use the search bar at the top to search for a course by the Course Code, course title, or individual learner.
- Select the Course Title: The course overview will appear at the top of the page.
- Note: On statewide courses the number appearing in the 'Enrolled' box refers to the total number of learners in the course. This number can include learners from other school systems and/or learners who have not completed all of the 'Permissions Guidance' steps.
- View Learner Data: Scroll down to view data for individual learners.
- The organization and school system filters will automatically reflect your employment location.
- The learner data will display the following details:
- Name
- School
- Course progress
- Total time active in the course
- Overall score
- Most recent login
- Date of course completion
- Use the School Category to view and compare the overall progress of learners at each school.
- Download the report as a csv for your own records.
- Note: Learners must have connected their My.la credentials to their EdLink account in order to appear on reports.

Tip:
- Narrow your search by selecting a school using the school filter option.
