Vendor: What happens after I submit an RFA application?

After you have submitted an application for an open RFA, the LDOE will be alerted to begin the review process. Applicants can monitor the application status from the vendor dashboard. 



Once an application is submitted, it will go through a formal review process, and then a final application decision will be made. Applicants will  receive an email notification once the application decision has been updated in LDOE's Canopy. 


Application decisions will be one of the following: 

  • Approved
  • Submitted to BESE
  • Resubmit
  • Declined
