TABLE OF CONTENTS

As the Lead Reviewer, you can complete your own review. You'll also have the ability to see other assigned reviewer's evidence and scores to provide feedback as needed. The Lead Reviewer will also make a recommendation to the Guide Owner on the application's approval.

Complete your own review as the RFA Lead Reviewer. Refer to 'Lead Reviewer: Completing a Review' to learn more.

Reviewer Dashboard

A Lead Reviewer can easily see who has submitted their review from the Reviewer Dashboard, using the checkmarks next to each name.

  • A  teal check mark indicates the review has been completed and submitted.
  • A gray check mark indicates the review has not been submitted.

Individual Reviews

From the Review Table, you can easily move between reviews using the arrows under the Individual Reviews tab. In the individual reviews, you will see the assigned indicators, the provided guiding questions and scoring criteria, the reviewer's evidence, and their scores.

As you are reading individual reviews, you can provide reviewer feedback. You can send general feedback using the text box. To send the review back to the reviewer, provide feedback below the Review Table, select the 'Send Back to Reviewer' box, and 'Send'.

Summary of Reviews

The Summary of Reviews is a high level overview showing the indicators and each of the reviewer's scores.

Use the summary of reviews table to compare the scores for each indicator.

After all reviews have been submitted and reviewed, the application is ready for a final decision. The final decision is made by the Guide Owner. Guide Owners refer to 'Guide Owner: Submitting Application Decision' for more information.
