As learners complete a course, they are prompted to answer a two-question quality and relevance survey. The survey results can be viewed in the admin dashboard.
Quality and Relevance Survey
After completing a course, each learner will be prompted to answer a two question quality and relevance survey.
- This survey asks learners to rate the quality of the course and the relevance of the course based on their role.
- Based on the learners' responses, a score of 0-5 is given for both quality and relevance of the course.
- Scores for each course and primary instructor can be viewed in the admin dashboard.
Disable the Quality and Relevance Survey
- To disable the quality and relevance survey for a course, use the settings wheel found next to the course title.
- Select 'Disable Course Survey'.
