Inviting Learners to a Course

Invite learners to a course by sharing the course code or inviting learners through an email invitation. Instructors can invite learners from the 'Manage Learners' tab found in the left hand navigation menu. 

Sharing the Course Code

When you are ready for learners to participate in your course, publish your course and share the course code with learners. Note: Course codes are case sensitive. 

• Learners will be able to login and join the course. 

Email Invitation 

As an instructor, you can also add learners to a through an email invitation. 

• Invite learners to a course from the 'Manage Learners' tab on the left navigation menu.
• Choose '+ Learners' in the top right hand corner. 
• Add learners individually or via csv file upload.
