Access the learner dashboard to create reports on learners based on categories and filters relevant to your role. View the learner dashboard by selecting 'Learners' from the left hand navigation menu.

Learner Dashboard

• View a summary of learner data at the top of the dashboard. The summary shows total number of learners, average score of learners, the average quality and relevance scores, total time active, and total number of completed courses.
  • Filter the data summary by active users, inactive users or a combination of both in the top right.
• Click a learners name to view their course information, platform usage, certificates earned, and role related information for the learner. 

Creating Learner Data Reports 

• Use categories and filters to view relevant data and download as a csv file. 
• Combine categories and filters to create custom report based on your needs. 
  • Visible categories and filters are based on your role. For example, as a principal, you will only have access to view your school data meaning the organization and school system filters will already be populated for you.
• Organize the table using the table headings based on the category you have selected.
