As a Guide Owner, you can make a copy of an application to reuse for a new RFA. Making a copy of the application allows you to reuse any aspects of the application again, while also allowing you to make any necessary changes and updates.
Copying an Application
From the RFA Dashboard in the Open RFAs tab, select the three dots at the right end of the row of the RFA you would like to copy.
- Choose 'Make a Copy'.
- This will open the RFA details page where you will input the new RFA's Name, Description, Guide, Badge (if applicable), and Deadline (if applicable).
- Select 'Done' to be taken to the application's content builder.
All of the elements from the original application have automatically populate the new, copied course.
- You can make edits to any of the sections for the new RFA.
- For example, all of the indicators used in the original RFA will be included in the copied RFA, remove or add any relevant indicators for the new RFA.
After all edits are finalized, you can publish the new RFA using the 'Publish Application' selection in the top right corner of the application content builder.
The published RFA will appear on the public RFA board.
