Guide Owners: Publish an RFA

You can publish your RFA immediately or schedule the RFA to open at a specific date and time. Guide Owners can also reschedule the publishing date for the application. 

Preview & Publish your Application 

Use the preview button to view each section of the application as an applicant.  

When the RFA is complete, select 'Publish Application' in the top right corner. 

• Choose 'Publish Now' or 'Schedule'.  
  • When choosing Schedule, you will be prompted to select a date and time for the RFA to publish. 
    • A green check mark will appear at the top to indicate the application is published. 
    • A clock icon will appear at the top to indicate the application is scheduled to be published. 

Reschedule Publishing Date

If you need to change your scheduled publishing date, access your RFA application and select 'Scheduled' in the top right corner. 

• From the Scheduled Application pop-up choose 'Reschedule'. You will be prompted to choose between 'Publish Now' and 'Schedule'. 
  • Choosing 'Publish Now' and 'Save' will publish the RFA immediately. 
  • Choosing 'Schedule' and 'Save' will prompt you to choose a new date and time. Select 'Schedule' to update the publishing date.
