TABLE OF CONTENTS

Using the RFA Dashboard, assign a lead reviewer and/or reviewer(s) using the drop down options in the Applications tab.

Assigning a Lead Reviewer

A lead reviewer completes their own review and assists in monitoring other reviewers.

To assign a lead reviewer, use the drop down to search and select the name of the reviewer from the Lead Reviewer column. There can only be one lead reviewer.

  • The Guide Owner can be assigned as the Lead Reviewer.
  • After a Lead Reviewer has been assigned, they will receive a notification indicating they have a new assignment to review.
  • A lead reviewer is not required.

Lead reviewers can see other reviewer's reviews to assist in monitoring their review progress.

Assigning Reviewers

In the Reviewer column, use the drop down to search and select the name of the reviewer(s).

  • Select multiple names to assign multiple reviewers.
  • Reviewers do not have access to view other reviewers reviews.
  • Once all reviewers have been selected, confirm the reviewers by selecting 'Submit'.

All assigned reviewers will receive a notification that they have a new assignment to review.

Reassigning Reviewers

Remove a reviewer by unselecting their name in the drop down menu.

  • Removing a reviewer will remove their access to the application. You cannot remove a reviewer if they have already completed their review.
  • Adding a new reviewer will send the reviewer a notification that they have a new assignment to review.
  • Select 'Submit' to save any changes.

Note: If a reviewer's name is not appearing in the drop down menu, this may indicate they do not have reviewer permissions in EdLink Security. Refer to 'Requesting Super RFA Reviewer Permissions'
