As a learner, if you need to redo an activity or quiz in a Canopy course, the Course Manager will need to reset your progress. 


Resetting Course Progress 

Many of the courses in LDOE's Canopy require learners to demonstrate their understanding by meeting a minimum score requirement. If you did not meet the requirements and need your progress reset, refer to your course information for further details. 


Oftentimes the Course Managers will reset your progress following guidance specific to the course. 


For additional support please reach out to the Course Manager directly. The Canopy team is unable to reset progress for any LDOE course.
