Instructors can create courses to meet any of their professional learning needs.
Create a Course
- Login as an instructor to create a course.
- Select '+ Add a course' from the left navigation menu.
- Create a course title and course code.
- A course code will be automatically generated but can be changed by the instructor.
- Determine the course reach.
- The available reach options are based on your role. For example, if you are a school based principal you will be able to create system or school based courses but not a statewide courses.
- Apply audience tags. At least one audience tag is required. Then select 'Next'.
- Apply relevant content tags by subject, instruction, leadership or operations. At least one content tag is required. Select 'Next' to create the course.
- The course has now been created, and you are ready to build your course!
