Getting an Error Message that Account does not Exist

If you attempt to log in as a partner and this error message appears, it is because either:
- We don't have your contact listed as the point-of-contact, or
- The email address does not match the contact's My.LA credentials.
To fix this:
- Email lassp@canopyed.com and request to be added as a contact
- Include first and last name, as well as the email address
- Include any other contacts that should be added as well
All email addresses must match the contact's My.LA credentials in order to successfully access the platform.
