Error Message: Account does not exist: Contact Super Admin

Getting an Error Message that Account does not Exist




If you attempt to log in as a partner and this error message appears, it is because either:

  1. We don't have your contact listed as the point-of-contact, or 
  2. The email address does not match the contact's My.LA credentials. 


To fix this:

  • Email lassp@canopyed.com and request to be added as a contact
  • Include first and last name, as well as the email address
  • Include any other contacts that should be added as well


All email addresses must match the contact's My.LA credentials in order to successfully access the platform.
